Constellations Remedy is an executive coaching and consulting services company that helps corporate leaders foster cultures of belonging, empathy, and self-awareness as catalysts for personal and organizational success. We offer in-person and online coaching, workshops, and content for individuals and teams.

Developing Leaders

Through individual sessions, rising and tenured executives can develop greater self-awareness to become more authentic and effective. Sessions are highly personalized with the ultimate goal of fostering more productive professional and personal relationships and tapping into intuition.

Group Workshops

Designed for teams to enhance peer to peer interaction, empathy, and performance, we guide your group through self-discovery exercises. Individuals will learn how to recognize their unique strengths and those of their teammates based on a range of modalities for self-awareness. Increased vulnerability builds trust and connection.
